Custom Charcuterie Board Class & Wine Tasting
Here we go folks - We are taking our love of wood to a Charcuterie Class!
Join us for a brand new event like no other!
We'll be making your custom Charcuterie board out of local hard wood prior to the event.
The class, led by Cheeses For The Keitzes owner, Tanya Cohoon, will guide you through building a unique charcuterie spread on top of your custom board. You'll learn how to arrange cheese and fold salami, including how to make the salami rose. We'll have a representative from Scout & Cellar Wines for a wine tasting & will share drink pairing tips with the group and tricks on how to build a well rounded charcuterie board and spread.
Not only will you learn to put it all together, but you'll leave with enough to fill your board, that is unless you start to nibble which I'm sure you will!
You are welcome to bring in your own beverages and additional snacks.

April 24th Event will be held at the American Legion Hall in Reisterstown, MD
Gift certificates and or donations can NOT be combined with this event.
The average size of the boards we are using are approximately 18 to 20 inches long.
Not one will look like the other - Wood grain and color can vary with a natural product like this.
